How it works

Engagements start with a short call to understand the problem, followed by a written scope with a fixed price or a capped number of weeks. Work can range from a one-day architecture or vendor review to a focused implementation project. The scope, deliverables, and any access requirements are agreed upon in advance, and each engagement ends with clear documentation. If an engagement requires access to protected health information, a BAA is signed before that access is provided or work begins.
