Sidekick Labs LLC operates Samantha, a virtual front desk assistant for medical practices. Samantha sends and receives SMS messages on the following number:

Two messaging programs run on this number. Both are described below, including how you opt in, what messages to expect, message frequency, and how to stop at any time.
What it is. Two-way SMS conversation between a patient and Samantha, the practice's virtual front desk assistant from Sidekick Labs. Samantha can collect a message or appointment request and relay it to the practice's staff. No medical advice is given over SMS.
How to opt in. Text the number above. Sending a text message to (360) 912-9011 is your opt-in to that conversation. Samantha's first reply includes the following disclosure:

Message frequency. Varies by conversation. You will only receive messages in direct response to texts you send.
What it is. One-way SMS alerts sent to opted-in practice staff when Samantha takes a new patient message or completes a notable action (for example, booking or cancelling an appointment). Staff alerts never contain patient names, message content, or protected health information (PHI).
How to opt in. Staff members opt in directly with their practice through a verbal or written request. This is an in-person enrollment managed by the practice, not a public web sign-up. After opting in, staff receive the following confirmation message:

Message frequency. Varies based on call volume; typically 0-10 messages per day.
